What we collect

Xentr is a cloud-hosted manufacturing execution system. To deliver the service we collect: account data (name, email, organization), usage telemetry (page views, feature usage), production telemetry your edge devices publish to our broker (machine state, counts, alarms), and operational logs needed to investigate incidents.

How we use it

We use this data to operate the product, improve it, and meet our contractual obligations to your organization. We do not sell personal data. We do not use customer production telemetry to train models without explicit written consent.

Where it lives

Account and configuration data is stored in Supabase (Postgres, EU-West). Time-series production telemetry is stored in TimescaleDB (Railway, US-East). We are working toward regional pinning for customers who require data residency.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time. Production telemetry tied to an organization is owned by that organization and is governed by the customer agreement, not this policy.

This policy is provided in good faith and will expand as Xentr matures toward formal certification (ISO 27001, SOC 2). Material changes will be announced in-product 30 days before they take effect.
